Pom’s Kitchen & Deli Lichfield opened in June 2015 and has been joined by our latest Property to Join the Pom’s Family The Boat House Kitchen & Bakery By Pom’s at Barton Marina – Founded by James Pomlett.
We proudly serve fresh produce from local Staffordshire suppliers. Our suppliers are very important to us and many of them are family-run businesses just like us. Our meat is sourced from Russell’s Butchers of Shenstone & Hoar Cross, our fruit & vegetables are supplied to us from Fresh View (who use many farms from around Staffordshire), our fresh fish arrives daily from Birmingham Market, our bread is from Silver Tree Bakery and we source beer from Purity and wines from Perkins Wines.

Silvertree Bakery
We are proud to work with Silver Tree Bakery. Silver Tree Bakery has a fantastic reputation for its breads and cakes as well as a few other bits that we will showcase.
Sliver Tree Bakery is owned by Kirk and his sister Kirsty. Our Founder James and Kirk first knew each other when attending the Birmingham Collage of Food back in the early 2000’s when both James and Kirk when off to gain their experience working in many great places.
Then in 2021 James and Kirk Reunited when Pom’s was looking for a new Baker to work along side and since then it’s been a fantastic working relationship which brings us now with them working together.
